CANCELLATION POLICY

At SO HAUTE STUDIO, your experience is curated with intention, artistry, and care. To ensure each client receives the highest level of service and scheduling availability, the following policies are in place: 🤍 Gratuity To create a more transparent and elevated experience, all services are priced to reflect their full value. Because of this, gratuity is never expected, though always appreciated. 🤍 Deposits Select services and appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Required deposits secure your appointment and are applied toward your final balance at the time of service. 🤍 Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens — I completely understand. To respect the time, preparation, and care involved in each appointment, the following policy applies: • A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations. • Appointments canceled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the reserved service total. • Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or same-day appointment changes/reschedules will be charged 100% of the reserved service total. • Rescheduling is permitted with 24+ hours notice. Requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be considered a no-show. • A 10-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive late, appointment time may be adjusted and we will do our best to complete your scheduled service within the remaining appointment window. After 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a no-show. 🤍 Spray Tan Packages & Group Bookings Spray Tan Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, and may not be paused. Packages must be used within 60 days of purchase. Missed, unused, forfeited, or expired sessions do not qualify for refunds, credits, holds, or extensions. Group Bookings require a minimum of 3 guests and a non-refundable retainer to reserve the appointment date & time. One designated booking contact will be responsible for guest coordination, policy acknowledgment, and the full reserved booking total. Final guest count must be confirmed prior to the appointment date. Cancellations, no-shows, or reduced attendance within the group do not remove financial responsibility, and original booking minimums and reserved totals will still apply. ✨ Final Sale All services, deposits, retainers, and package purchases are final sale and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
